Q: How do I register for a class, workshop or course?

 

 

Q: How do I get a registration form?

A: You may call 301 292-8691 and speak with Sheryl Evans or get the registration form by clicking the link below.

Q: How should I pay for a class? 
A: You may pay using a money order or a check made payable to The Training Connection. Mail the registration and the payment to The Training Connection, LLC. 12918 Jervis Street, Clinton, MD 20735. * Payment should be received one week before class date*
 
 
Q: How will I know that my registration form and payment have been received?
 
Q: What do I do if I am unable to attend the class?
A: If you are unable to attend the class, we can reschedule the class. The scheduling of the new class must be done within 2 business days of the canceled class.
 
 
Q: What if The Training Connection, LLC. cancels a class? Do I get a refund?
A: Yes, you will receive a refund if we cancel a class. However, we will make every attempt to work out another time which is convenient for you and the trainer. 
 
 
Q: What is the policy if I am late to class, will I get a certificate?
A: A participant can be up to 5 minutes late to class (according to the clock at the training facility). After more that 10 minutes late the trainer (facilitator) will refuse to allow the participant to class, no certificate will be offered and no refunds.

 

 
Q: Does the trainer go to other sites to train or must I always attend a class at the training facility?
A: The trainer can travel to other sites for training. However, there is a traveling fee.
